c7bd operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms apply to all features, products, and services available on the c7bd platform. They apply in addition to any specific rules, promotional terms, or game-specific conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific rule set, the specific rule set will prevail for that product or promotion only.

c7bd reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. By using c7bd, you confirm that:

• You are not acting on behalf of another person;

To register a c7bd account, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

All account holders are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence showing your full name and date of birth;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your current address in Bangladesh;

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Expedited verification is available for players whose documents are clearly legible and match the account registration details exactly.

Deposits are reflected in your c7bd account balance within 60 seconds for mobile banking methods. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours depending on the originating financial institution. c7bd does not charge any deposit processing fees on its side; however, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which c7bd bears no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the c7bd account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the receiving account pending investigation. Any funds received from a third-party payment method may be refunded to the source and are not eligible for withdrawal to the c7bd account holder.

c7bd operates a closed-loop payment policy where possible — meaning withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to comply with AML best practices and protect players from fraudulent fund diversions.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed within one to four hours, 24 hours a day, every day of the year — including public holidays and Eid observance periods in Bangladesh. Processing times may extend slightly during periods of peak demand, such as BPL season finals.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must:

• Have a completed and approved KYC verification on file;
• Have a real-money balance equal to or greater than the requested withdrawal amount;
• Have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn;
• Not be under suspension, restriction, or administrative review at the time of the request.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. There is no stated maximum single withdrawal amount, though withdrawals exceeding ৳1,00,000 may be subject to additional verification steps and processed in tranches depending on payment provider limits.

c7bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or incomplete KYC documentation. In such cases, the account holder will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before any funds are forfeited.

c7bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the default wagering requirement for all c7bd bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting contributes 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 10%; slots contribute 100%; crash games (including Aviator) contribute 50%. Table games (excluding live casino) contribute 10%.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as stated in the individual offer terms. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim the same introductory offer multiple times will result in bonus revocation and potential account review.
• c7bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.

All sports bets placed on c7bd are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Price changes occurring after confirmation do not affect accepted bets. c7bd operates on a "best-odds" or "request odds" basis for certain markets — terms will be stated at point of bet placement.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event type and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. c7bd reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits on specific accounts or markets without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered from its original format before completion. Void bets are returned to the player's balance at the original stake amount.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to an automated review period before confirmation. During this period, odds may be suspended or updated. c7bd reserves the right to void in-play bets where a material error in odds is identified, subject to the player being notified and the stake returned.
• Palpable Errors: Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, decimal odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite — may be voided by c7bd at its discretion. The player will be notified and the stake returned in full.
• Cricket Markets: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, match-winner markets require a minimum of the scheduled overs to be completed (as determined by DLS method in rain-affected games) for bets to stand. Specific over-by-over and player performance markets have their own completion requirements stated in the market rules.

All casino games available on c7bd — including live casino tables, slot machines, crash games, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All games are supplied by internationally accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are independently audited and cannot be altered by c7bd or the player.

Game-Specific Rules:

• Slots: All slot games have a stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage published in the game information panel. Payline rules, wild/scatter functions, and bonus round conditions are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the game provider.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others) are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. All live casino decisions made by the dealer are final once the round is closed. Technical disconnections that occur after a round has commenced will be resolved based on the last recorded game state.
• Crash Games (including Aviator): Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which the game ends is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by player action or platform intervention.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction (software error, connectivity failure, or display error), c7bd reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved. Malfunctions void all related pays.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c7bd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to sports events offered on the sportsbook;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages that would not otherwise arise during normal gameplay;
• Colluding with other players on live casino tables or multiplayer games;
• Using the c7bd platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and where doing so constitutes a violation of applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the c7bd platform, software, or content.

c7bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to those listed in Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct) above.

In cases of suspected fraud, AML concerns, or ongoing investigations, c7bd may freeze the account balance during the review period. The account holder will be notified of the suspension and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information or documentation. c7bd aims to resolve account reviews within 14 working days of the initial notification.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the 24/7 English support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold and subject to completed KYC) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) should refer to Section 11 of these Terms and use the dedicated self-exclusion tool, which provides stronger protections than a standard account closure.

• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all c7bd services. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications from c7bd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the c7bd platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from c7bd;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the platform;
• Use c7bd's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context outside the platform without explicit written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools;
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or digital service.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is governed by their individual licensing agreements with c7bd. Any breach of those providers' intellectual property rights is also a breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c7bd's total aggregate liability to any account holder arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

c7bd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill;
• Consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data;
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside c7bd's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or cyber attacks;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Errors in third-party game software or payment processing systems beyond c7bd's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude c7bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

c7bd collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by account holders in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key aspects of our data handling practices include:

• Data Collection: We collect registration data (name, email, mobile number, date of birth), KYC documentation, transaction records, gameplay history, device and browser information, and communications with our support team.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the c7bd platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which c7bd is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute between a player and c7bd, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: The player must first contact c7bd's support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to raise the issue and provide all relevant details. c7bd will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Internal Review: The c7bd compliance team will investigate the matter and provide a formal written response within 14 working days of acknowledgement. In complex cases, this period may be extended, with the player notified accordingly.
3. Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the dispute may be escalated by written request. c7bd will conduct a secondary review and provide a final decision within a further 14 working days.
4. External Resolution: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed independent third-party mediator before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
